Let's find out if this is the right fit.

The first step is a short application. Share a little about what's bringing you here. I'll review it personally and reach out within two business days if we're a potential fit.

Is this the right kind of work for you?

Four questions worth sitting with before you fill anything out:

i.

Are you carrying significant responsibility — and feeling the weight of it more than you let on?

ii.

Have you tried other forms of support and found them too surface-level to actually move you?

iii.

Are you willing to look at your own patterns, not just the situation around you?

iv.

Are you prepared to invest the time, focus, and financial resources this kind of work requires?

If you're answering yes, I'd like to hear from you.

What to expect after you apply.

Step I

Application

It takes about five minutes. A few questions so I can understand what's most pressing, what kind of support you're looking for, and whether this is likely to be a strong fit.

Step II

Initial Conversation

If it looks like a fit, I'll reach out personally to schedule a 30-minute call. The goal is mutual: to determine if this is the right work for you, and if I'm the right person to do it with.

Step III

Decision

After the conversation, we'll both have what we need to decide. If it's a fit, we'll outline next steps. If it's not — for any reason — I'll tell you honestly and, when possible, point you toward the right kind of support.

The Application

Before you start

This isn't a screening. It's a starting point. Honest is better than polished, and a few sentences will tell me more than a long essay.

Optional

Share what you're comfortable sharing. A title and the kind of organization is plenty.

A few sentences on what's going on and what feels most pressing.

Optional

Helpful context, not required.

Optional

Great! We’ve received your information.

I read every application myself.

I know reaching out for this kind of support can take energy, especially if you're already carrying a lot. If you apply, you'll get a thoughtful response — not an automated funnel sequence, and not a hard sell.

If I believe there's a strong fit, I'll reach out personally to schedule a conversation. If I don't think I'm the right person for what you need, I'll tell you honestly — and when I can, I'll point you toward the kind of support that makes more sense.

That's how I handle this work. Looking forward to connecting.
