Confidential leadership advisory — Washington, DC No. 02 — How it works

Six months. Structured, but personal.

The engagement is built to change how you operate under pressure — not to add another framework on top of the same patterns. It’s structured enough to guarantee depth, and personal enough to meet what you’re actually carrying.

01 / Overview

You'll find three things here that rarely share the same space: rigorous intellectual engagement, psychological safety, and honest challenge without judgment.

02 / The flagship engagement

Sessions

Twelve sessions over six months

Every other week, about an hour. In person in the DC area, or virtual from anywhere. Sessions are direct, unhurried, and confidential. You don’t perform here.

Assessment

Hogan Assessment, with a full debrief

The gold standard in leadership assessments. It shows you how you operate at your best, how you operate under stress, and what actually drives you. We go through it together, in plain English.

360

The 360

I personally interview three of your peers, reports, or bosses. You’ll hear what people actually experience working with you — gathered by someone trained to listen beneath the words. Participants know exactly how their input will be used, and it comes back to you anonymized.

Between sessions

Unlimited email between sessions

When something hits on a Tuesday, you don’t wait two weeks.

03 / The investment

$15,000 for the six-month engagement. Sometimes the executive pays; sometimes the company does. Both are common, and the work is identical either way.

For corporate buyers: I can invoice on whatever schedule your finance team needs — single invoice, split, or by purchase order.

04 / Confidentiality

Privacy isn’t a policy here. It’s part of the product.

No session content is shared with your organization, board, HR, or sponsor without your explicit written consent — even when the company pays. Sponsors receive confirmation that the engagement is underway, and nothing else, unless you decide otherwise.

For the 360: participants are told their interviews are confidential, and what they share comes back to you in anonymized themes — never attributed remarks. I do not have side conversations about you. If someone from your organization contacts me, you’ll know. Trust is the foundation of this work, and I protect it accordingly.

Where the law places limits on confidentiality — as it does for my clinical work — I’ll tell you exactly what those are before we begin, not after something comes up.

05 / Format & location

I’m based in Washington, DC. Clients in the DMV can meet in person or virtually; everyone else meets virtually. Occasional travel for on-site work can be arranged.

06 / Beyond the flagship

Organizations sometimes bring me in for something else: executive offsites, team facilitation, crisis support, keynotes. These are conversation-first — reach out and we’ll see if it’s something I can do.

Speak freely. Think clearly.

The application takes about ten minutes.
